  • 3 Two-pocket folders (plastic)
  • 1 Five Star 5-Subject, wire-bound notebook, wide ruled, 200 Sheets (for Language Arts)*
  • 3 Five Star 1-Subject, wire-bound notebook, wide ruled, 100 sheets (for math, social studies, science)*
  • 1 pair of scissors
  • 1 ruler
  • 1 package of fine tipped dry erase markers
  • Glue sticks
  • 1 bottle wet glue
  • 3 containers of antibacterial wipes (for surfaces)
  • 4 containers of antibacterial wipes (for hands)
  • 1 role paper towels
  • A-M one box of gallon sized zip-lock baggies
  • N-Z one box of sandwich sized zip-lock baggies
  • 4 Boxes of Kleenex
  • 1 backpack

*The brand of notebooks can be other than Five Star, but please be sure that the notebooks are wide-ruled.

  • A summary of important events (including characters, problems,solutions etc.)
  • A list of words that you did not know (unknown words)
  • One unknown word with the definition
  • A small illustration of your summary
